3. How members report child safety concerns in the app

Reporting is available to every member, from every surface that displays another person's content, and takes only a few taps:

Reports are delivered immediately to our moderation queue. Blocking is instant and does not require a report.

4. How we respond

  1. Prioritisation. Reports involving a suspected minor or CSAE are treated as the highest severity and reviewed ahead of all other reports.
  2. Action. Where a violation is confirmed, we permanently ban the account, remove the offending content, and preserve the relevant records as required by law.
  3. Escalation. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, and to regional or national authorities where applicable.
  4. Cooperation. We cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement investigating child exploitation.

5. Preventive measures

6. Compliance

Lenoir Group LLC complies with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where Marabou is available, including United States reporting obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and with the child safety policies of Google Play and the Apple App Store.
